Wells Tutors was set up in 2003. It is now managed by Alison Badman who is a qualified teacher with over 20 years experience. Alison took over from Sara Tambling in December 2022 and currently leads a team of 18 tutors, whose expertise ranges from Primary School specialists to subject specialists at GCSE and A level.

Every tutor has a degree in their teaching subject, is a qualified teacher and is checked by the Criminal Records Bureau – now called the DBS. Professional references are taken up and each tutor is interviewed.
