Wells Tutors was set up in 2003 and for the past 8 years has been run solely by Sara Tambling. It is now managed by Alison Badman who is a qualified teacher with over 20 years' experience. Currently Alison leads a team of 16 tutors whose expertise ranges from Primary School specialists to subject specialists at GCSE and A level.

Every tutor has a degree in their teaching subject, is a qualified teacher and is checked by the Criminal Records Bureau – now called the DBS. Professional references are taken up and each tutor is interviewed.
